 +=====Google Culture-Fit Questions=====
 +
 +====Why do you want to work for our company?====
 +
 +Lots of interesting things to work on and a lot of opportunity for career and personal advancement. Lots to learn.
 +
 +====How would you describe the culture at previous companies you’ve worked at?====
 +
 +Most have been very horizontal.
 +
 +====Tell me about a time you solved a problem at work. What was the issue, and how did you approach it?====
 +
 +Feed controller board
 +
 +====Tell me about a team project you did at work. What was the project, what was your role, and what was the outcome?====
 +
 +====How do you like to be managed?====
 +
 +I like to have feedback and have clear expectations set for me. It is stressful not to know how you are really doing.
 +
 +====What does your perfect workday look like? Take me through it.====
 +
 +I like to start working by 8am, do my most thinking work by noon. I find I have the most energy before noon. Then meetings and research in the afternoon. Sometimes I get the urge to program after 3pm, so I go for it.
 +
 +====Provide an example of a time when you went out of your way to delight a customer.====
 +
 +TerraMar - database of quotes.
 +
 +====Describe your preferred relationship with coworkers.====
 +
 +I like to be able to ask any question, even if I feel like it is something I should know. If I can have a team that is collaborative and non-judgemental, that is best.
 +
 +====How do you maintain a work-life balance?====
 +
 +I don't like to stay up late. I try to get enough sleep and a bit of exercise so I am healthy for work. I also have dogs and a family that help to take my mind away from work to avoid burnout. I think it is really important and I owe it to my employer to not get burned out.
 +
 +====Aside from work, what are you passionate about?====
 +
 +I have a family, we raised 5 kids. We did a good enough job where they all went to college. I also like side-project. Like the meteor camera videoes to youtube.
