I find I have the most energy before noon. Then meetings and research in the afternoon. I try to get enough sleep and a bit of exercise so I am healthy for work. I also have dogs and a family that help to take my mind away from work to avoid burnout. I think it is really important and I owe it to my employer to not get burned out. ====Aside from work, what are you passionate about?==== I have a family, we raised 5 kids.
